About Me
Jason is originally from Chicago and feels intuition brought him to the West Coast.
After years of searching other career paths, he found massage therapy through chance. It was as if Jason had been practicing for years already. Massage felt like a natural fit, as if the skills and systems were already in place. Here he found passion and happiness in his work.
His approach to body work is to simply slow down. Life is already fast enough and one of the best things we can do to get to know our body is slow down so we can be in our body.
Once there, we can start to allow the body to soften so it can release anything from the past it might be holding onto. While in these slow spaces Jason work's intuitively and listens to what your body is actually needing, often allowing space for a significant shift.

My Philosophy
Jason believes that the first steps in healing the body are to slow down so we can actually be in the body.
Once we are in the body we can begin to listen and meet the body where it is so that we can give our body what it needs.
Whether it's stretching, a walk, water, or a hug.
When we unravel these old patterns and begin to give the body what it is asking for, we can begin to find freedom from pain.
Jason is just as passionate about sacred plant medicine as he is about bodywork.
Over the last 14 years his experience growing medicinal and gourmet mushrooms has further planted his feet in the realms of healing, which is his life's work.

Jason also loves hanging out with his house plants, drinking tea, and building community.
